Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 15, 2026
The English version of this page is the binding version; translations are provided for convenience.
This Privacy Policy explains what information NTU (“we”, “us”) collects when you play Evergreen Legacy Slots (the “game”), how we use it and the choices you have. The game is a free-to-play social slot-style game that uses virtual coins only. It is available on Facebook as an Instant Game and on our web test site.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run the game:
- Player ID: a random identifier we create for your game account. The game shows it in the Settings window so you can give it to us when you contact us.
- Facebook information: when you play through Facebook, we receive your app-scoped Facebook ID (an ID unique to our game), your name and, if you allow it, the list of your Facebook friends who also play the game, which we use for friend gifts. If Facebook shares your profile picture, it is only displayed in the game and is not stored on our servers. We never receive your Facebook password.
- Game data: your virtual coin balance, progress, levels, items, rewards and settings, and a history of your game actions (such as spins, rewards and gifts) with their times.
- Purchase records: if you buy virtual items, Facebook handles the payment. We receive and keep a record of the transaction (such as its ID, the item, the time and its status) so we can deliver the item exactly once. We never receive your card or bank details.
- Device and diagnostic information: when the game runs into an error, it sends us a report with the error message, technical details, the game version, your browser’s user agent (browser and device type) and your Player ID. Our hosting provider also records technical request data, such as IP addresses, to operate and protect the service.
- Information kept on your device: the game stores your sign-in token and your sound, language and display settings in your browser’s local storage. The game language follows your device or browser settings unless you choose another one in the game.
- Messages you send us: if you contact us by email, we use your address and message only to answer you.
We do not collect your phone number, precise location, contacts or payment card details, and we do not ask for any information beyond what is listed above.
How we use information
- To run the game: create and keep your account, save your progress and show your balances.
- To deliver purchases and make sure the same purchase is never delivered twice.
- To provide friend features, such as sending gifts to friends who also play.
- To find and fix bugs and keep the game working.
- To prevent cheating, fraud and abuse, and keep the game fair.
- To answer your messages and requests, and to meet our legal obligations.
No selling, no advertising
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. The game contains no ads, no advertising SDKs and no third-party analytics tools or tracking cookies.
Who we share information with
We share information only as needed to run the game:
- Service providers that host the game for us: Akamai Cloud (Linode), for our servers and database. They process data on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
- Meta Platforms (Facebook), which runs the platform and processes payments. Meta’s own Privacy Policy covers the information Meta handles.
- Authorities, when the law requires it, or when needed to protect the rights and safety of our players or of us.
- A future owner of the game, if the game is transferred; this Privacy Policy would continue to apply to your information.
Where we store information
Our servers and database are located in the United States. If you play from Canada or elsewhere, your information is transferred to and stored in the United States, where authorities may be able to access it under US law.
How long we keep information
- Account, game and Facebook data: for as long as your game account exists. When you ask us to delete it, we delete it within 30 days.
- Game history and error reports: for as long as we need them to operate, protect and fix the game; records linked to your Player ID are deleted together with your account.
- Purchase records: for as long as tax, accounting and other laws require, even after your account is deleted.
- Technical request logs kept by our hosting provider: for a short time, under the provider’s retention rules.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), and only the people who run the game can access our database. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
Age requirement and children
The game is intended for adults aged 18 and over (or the age of majority where you live, if higher). It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us at ganimede7@gmail.com and we will delete it.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live (for example, California, Canada or Quebec), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to know how it is used and to withdraw your consent. To make a request, email ganimede7@gmail.com. We answer within 30 days, and we will not treat you differently for using these rights.
To delete your game data, follow our Data Deletion Instructions. You can also remove the game in your Facebook settings so that Facebook stops sharing new information with us.
Changes to this policy
We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new effective date.
