Terms of Service

The English version of this page is the binding version; translations are provided for convenience.

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and NTU (“we”, “us”) about your use of Evergreen Legacy Slots (the “game”) on Facebook and on our web test site. By playing the game, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not play the game.

Who can play

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to play. The game is not for children. You may not play if the law where you live does not allow social casino-style games.

A free social game, not gambling

• The game is free to play and is for entertainment only.
• It does not offer real-money gambling or any chance to win real money, prizes or anything of value.
• Practice or success at social casino-style games does not imply future success at real-money gambling.
• Spin results are random. Each game’s paytable and odds are shown in the game.

Virtual coins and items

• Coins, tokens, items and other virtual items (“virtual items”) have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for real money, goods or services, cashed out or redeemed for prizes.
• Virtual items are not your property. We give you a limited, personal and revocable license to use them in the game only.
• You may not sell, buy, trade or transfer virtual items or game accounts, inside or outside the game.
• We may change, rebalance or remove virtual items and game features. Virtual items are lost when your account is deleted or closed, or when the game ends, and are not refunded unless the law requires it.

Purchases

You may be able to buy virtual items with real money through Facebook’s payment system. Facebook processes the payment, and its payment terms apply. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or provided by Facebook’s refund policy. Purchased virtual items follow the rules above.

Your account

On Facebook, your game account is tied to your Facebook account. On the web test site, a guest account is tied to your browser and can be lost if you clear your browser data. You are responsible for the activity on your account.

Fair play

When you play, you agree not to:

• cheat, use bots, scripts, exploits or bugs, or change the game’s software or traffic;
• copy, reverse engineer or interfere with the game, its servers or other players’ accounts;
• sell, buy or transfer accounts or virtual items, or use the game for any commercial purpose;
• harass others, pretend to be someone else, or break the law or Facebook’s rules.

If you break these rules, we may remove virtual items and suspend or close your account.

Web test site

Our web test site is for trying out new features. Game data there may be reset or deleted at any time, and features may change or stop working without notice.

Ownership

The game, including its art, music, sounds, text and software, belongs to NTU or its licensors and is protected by law. These Terms do not give you ownership of any of it.

Changes and ending the game

We may update the game, change these Terms or stop offering the game at any time. We will post changed Terms on this page with a new effective date; if you keep playing after a change, you accept the new Terms. You may stop playing at any time and ask us to delete your data, as explained in our Data Deletion Instructions.

Disclaimers and limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, the game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that the game will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages or for the loss of virtual items, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before your claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you, and nothing in these Terms limits your rights under consumer protection laws.
