Data Deletion Instructions

The English version of this page is the binding version; translations are provided for convenience.

You can ask us at any time to delete the personal data we hold about you in Evergreen Legacy Slots. Here is how.

How to request deletion

• In the game, open the Settings window. Your Player ID is shown at the bottom.
• Email ganimede7@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my data” and include your Player ID.
• If you can no longer open the game, tell us the name on your Facebook account instead, and we will look for your account using the details Facebook shared with us.
• We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours, so that no one else can delete it.

What we delete

Within 30 days of your request, we delete:

• your game account: coins, progress, levels, items, rewards and settings;
• your Facebook link: your app-scoped Facebook ID, your name and your friends list;
• the gifts you sent or received, your game history and the error reports linked to your Player ID.

We email you when the deletion is complete. A deleted account cannot be restored, and its virtual coins and items, including purchased ones, are lost and not refunded.

What we may keep

We may keep purchase records (such as the transaction ID, item, price and date) for as long as tax, accounting or other laws require, and information we need to resolve disputes or prevent fraud. Facebook keeps its own payment records under Meta’s policies.

Removing the game from Facebook

You can also remove the game in your Facebook settings (Apps and Websites, or Instant Games). This stops Facebook from sharing new information with us, but it does not delete the data we already hold, so please email us as well.

Web test site

On the web test site, clearing your browser’s site data removes the sign-in and settings stored on your device. To delete your account on our servers, email us your Player ID as described above.
